Started off great...

The first half was engaging, well edited, and peppered with lots of nostalgia. But halfway through they stared taking about disturbing films like Faces of Death and even showed a scene involving a monkey. It went from a lighthearted trip down memory lane to just traumatizing me. I was so turned off at this point that I had no interest in finishing the doc.

VHS 4ever!

For me and everyone else in the 80s, the VHS revolution was extraordinary. Suddenly the rest of the world, especially the USA, came in to our homes. The joy of renting a moviebox and some movies in the beginning, was everything. Then when we got our own VCRs, we could even copy our favorites, and build our own libraries. Mind blowing! So this documentary was a nice trip down memory lane. It could have been longer, gone deeper into it, but still a good watch.
