Big Fat Stone is well-written and beautifully shot. When one considers how this movie was made and for what it was made, I am all the more impressed. The acting is well-done, even down to the bit characters. I was particularly impressed with Frank D'Angelo since that was the first time I saw him as an actor. I liked the movie Big Fat Stone, but I think the plot was too emotional. In some of the scenes it felt like telenovela. I know that this is a drama, and therefore it has too bee too emotional, but I think it was way too much. Other than that, I enjoyed the movie and I recommend you to watch it if you have the chance.

I watched the movie BIG Fat Stone lately, and it wasn't bad at all. I have read some of the reviews here and didn't know what to expect (due to the mixed opinions) and luckily it wasn't a waste of time at all. I enjoyed the plot very much. I think the actors played very well. Especially I enjoyed the gangsters 'scenes. The chemistry of the cast is fantastic and made me laugh a lot. The only thing that had upset me was the ending. I hate these kinds of ending. I won't be a spoiler, so I can't tell you why… but I was very disappointed. Overall - this is a good movie and most of the reviewers love the ending... I do recommend you to watch it

First of all I must say that I am one of Frank D'Angelo fans. I just love his music! Therefore it is only natural that I'd love his movies as well. I watched Real Gangsters and watched Big fat stone and I love them both, but I like Big fat stone much more! Why did I love the movie? First of all the cast was awesome it seems like each actor fit the character he portrayed perfectly. Second – I just love the story. It is a simple beautiful story and I prefer stories like that than the sophisticated ones. Third, the music!!! As mentioned, I'm a fan. Just love this music!!! I enjoyed the movie very much, hope you will too!
